I am no longer taking orders outside of the United States.
If you have ordered multiple items, your items will be shipped together unless discussed otherwise.

Returns & Exchanges
30 day return policy - If you are simply not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a refund. If the item breaks in that 30 days, please send me photos and I will refund you.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
I do not take returns or give refunds for items damaged from water. I provide you with jewelry care information on all individual products.
I have the right to refuse service to anyone. If I find that a customer is being exceptionally unreasonable or rude, I may cancel an order, cancel future orders, or not accept a return for that customer. I do my best to make my customers are happy and resolve issues, however, I will not tolerate bad behavior. I am an artist, not a corporation.
Replacement Program - Free ear hook, clasp and necklace cord replacement for 3 years. I can also clean your jewelry and re-polish free of charge. Please contact me if you need replacement parts and I will send you the items requested or you can send me you piece to replace the parts myself.
Please understand that I do not charge shipping to send your package out. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping charges back to me, however you are not responsible for shipping charges of replacement parts.
Contact me immediately regarding any errors at checkout such as address, item etc. I would be happy to correct any mistakes prior to shipping.
General Jewelry Care
All copper jewelry is polished with an environmentally friendly, toxic-free protective finish to seal it from water and dirt.
Please note that if you wear your copper jewelry around chemicals or water excessively, overtime the finish may wear off.
