Payment information is kept strictly confidential.

Your personal information is used only for shipping and contact regarding your purchase if necessary. 

The only time I will be contacting you is if you have contacted me, you have opted into my email subscription or if I am working with you on an order.

 

Processing

 

You can expect your order to go out within 3 days of purchasing. Made to order items take longer, generally 5 - 7 days.

 

General Shipping Time

All items ship via USPS

US Standard  2 - 5 days

US Priority  2 - 3 days

International (Canada) up to 3 - 6 weeks.

Shipping upgrades are available at check out.

If you have ordered multiple items, your items will be shipped together unless discussed otherwise.

US 1 - 3 Day - $8

Canada 3 - 6 Week - FREE

Canada 6 - 10 Day - $50

Canada 3 - 5 Day - $60

International 3 - 6 Week - $15

 

Duties and Taxes

 

Please note that all international customers are responsible for paying duties and taxes on their orders. Please check your local tariffs to learn more.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Orders can be returned within 90 days of receiving the item(s).

Orders can be exchanged within 30 days of receiving the item(s).

FREE ear hook, clasp and necklace cord replacement for 3 years. Please contact me if you need replacement parts and I will send you the items requested or you can send me you piece to replace the parts myself.

Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping charges back to me, however you are not responsible for shipping charges of replacement parts. 

 

Contact me immediately regarding any errors at checkout such as address, item etc. I would be happy to correct any mistakes prior to shipping.

 

I do not take returns or give refunds for items damaged from water. I provide you with jewelry care information on all individual products.

 

General Jewelry Care

All copper jewelry is polished with an environmentally friendly, toxic-free protective finish to seal it from water and dirt.

Please note that if you wear your copper jewelry in water excessively, overtime the finish may wear off.
