Shipping to US and Canada only.

Each and every order is important to me and is handled with care. If you have any questions at all, feel free to contact me via the Contact page or via social media.

Payments

Payment information is kept completely confidential. I do not share your information, period. The only time I will be contacting you is if you have contacted me, you have opted into my email subscription or if I am working with you on an order.

Processing

Processing times vary widely. Please read individual listings for details. Generally orders go out within 1 - 3 business days unless otherwise stated.

If you need something by a certain date, feel free to contact me and I can tell you a more specific time frame. 

Shipping

General shipping charges. Free US 2 - 5 day shipping for jewelry. $15 US 2 - 3 day shipping on decor. I no longer ship outside of North America.

You can find shipping times on individual listings. US standard shipping is 2 - 5 days and US priority shipping is 2 - 3 days. International shipping (Canada) is 3 - 6 weeks. Shipping upgrades are available at check out. If you have ordered multiple items, your items will be shipped together unless discussed otherwise.

Please double check your shipping information. I am not responsible for items delivered to the incorrect address. 

Returns & Exchanges

Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Please note that I do not take returns on custom items. Custom items are any items that you have contacted me to make, this does not include the products already available in my shop.

If you or I have made a mistake ordering, please contact me right away. I would be happy to make things right! I would like to provide you with nothing less than 5 star service.

Reasons for returns, refunds or exchanges include damaged items in shipping, incorrect sizing(please refer to size charts) and items damaged from normal wear.  

I do not take returns or give refunds for items damaged from water. I provide you with jewelry care information on all individual products.

General Jewelry Care

All copper jewelry is polished with a protective finish to seal it from water and dirt. Please note that if you wear your copper jewelry in water excessively, overtime the finish will wear off. I recommend you get a finish to polish your copper jewelry with often if you decide to wear it in water.
